Thanks to my father George Hilbig Making a generous contribution. HilbigFamily.com is now hosted with GoDaddy. Hosting has been paid in full for the next 3 yrs. Because of this there will be no more of the site going up and down and there will be other benefits as well. Such as email for those who may want one with YourName@HilbigFamily.com.

Welcome to HilbigFamily.com

Here you will find a Family Tree dating back a bit further than 1791 Prussia, Historical photos, a Web Forum where we can post Births of children, Birthdays, Anniversaries, New jobs or Endeavors of note, anything we desire. With the Forum we will be able to do all of these wonderful things in a Public or Private Family area at each of our own discretion.

To any visitors from afar, if you wish to view my photo's send me an email. I will give you the instructions on how to view them.. If you would like me to post some pictures of your family, email them to me and I will post them with the same care and security I have done my own... You will determine your Family's Photo's Password & and I will provide viewers with a link to your email so you may choose who views your Photo's. However, normally I will post any photo I get or have given to me that is or seems to be Twenty years or older in the public area. *That is of course unless requested by the subject of the photo.

This Website is not just for Hilbig's it is for any and all Family no matter how distant of a relative... All Surnames from the Hilbig Family Tree are welcome here as Family. Just in an email or on the Forum explain your relation and you will be given Family Member rights to the Website and Forum.

We have some pretty steady traffic, it is the activity that I would like to see increase... I am here and appreciate any feedback. Please keep in mind your activity (Forum) will be what really gives life to this site...

I do apologize if you ever notice the site is down. I do host it off my home P.C. so from time to time mainly during bad weather in my area you will notice that the site may not be available. For the most part it will be here 24/7 though...

Webmaster Note: I ask all family to help get the word out if you have family members in your address books make sure the all get an email telling them of HilbigFamily.com Do not Spam people 1 email is enough. Put a link in your email signature, a link on your website, post a link in forums you frequent. Basically, I ask for your help to inform our family that this site is here and up and running in any ethical way available to you.
